Hi! I’m Stephanie and I’m so glad you’re here! I want to tell you a little bit about myself so you understand how I got to where I am today.
I initially fell in love with health and fitness playing different sports growing up, and “watching what I ate”. I eventually stuck with cheerleading and softball, and learned basics of strength training, and implemented those into my daily regimen.
I wanted to learn more about fitness, so I majored in Exercise Science at Central Connecticut State University where I was also a member of the National Honor Society and the Golden Key International Honor Society.
After graduation I worked part-time at a Sport Specific Training facility where I trained adolescent and high school athletes. I then went full-time in a corporate facility as a health fitness professional, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor - working with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Once I realized the importance of nutrition in conjunction with exercise, I obtained my Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Human Performance with a concentration in Nutritional Wellness. I learned so much more than just nutrition, and truly realized the impact of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health; and how they all play a role in our overall wellness.
I didn't feel that I could help my clients truly transform their health at the corporate site, so I decided to open my own coaching practice to give my clients the results they desire and deserve.

On a quest to become my healthiest self, I became my unhealthiest self.
Like most people, I came into the health and fitness world just following what I read online or in magazines. My primary goal was to lose weight and be smaller. I soon started to develop disordered eating patterns, an obsession with exercise, and body dysmorphia. I spent countless hours working out and restricting my food intake which caused severe stress on my body. That added stress affected my gut health, hormones, and mental state.
I was anxious, had uncontrollable stress, chronic constipation, wasn't able to lose weight or absorb nutrients, had low energy, low motivation, brittle nails, irregular periods, my hair was falling out, and I just wasn't feeling like myself or that I could reach my full potential.
I've now transformed my relationship with food and my body, while nourishing myself from the inside out; and I want to help YOU do the same. I understand how it feels to do everything you think is "right," but not achieve the results you're striving for. It's a journey, but it's worth it - so you can become your best self and give your best to others.
